Bancroft Design’s owner/principal is Kelly Harris, P.E.
Our Story
Bancroft Design, formerly recognized as Keystone Engineering and Surveying, has embarked on a transformative journey, symbolizing its evolution into a distinguished civil engineering and land surveying firm since its establishment in 2010 by Kelly Harris. The acquisition of Stillwater Engineering and Consulting has propelled the company's success under the steadfast leadership of Kelly Harris, P.E., its founder and principal.
The rebranding from Keystone to Bancroft represents a deliberate and strategic shift to diversify and expand services, underscoring the company's dedication to innovation, excellence, and forward-thinking solutions for clients. Bancroft takes pride in safeguarding historical engineering and land surveying records for Oklahoma developments dating back to 1969, showcasing a rich legacy of over 50 years of collective experience.
Kelly Harris brings a wealth of expertise from her roles at Stillwater Engineering and Consulting, as well as the Benham Companies. Her extensive background encompasses roadway engineering, development design, stormwater analysis, and more, solidifying Bancroft Design as a trusted industry partner.
Adding to the leadership is Carey Harris, P.L.S., Sr. Vice President, contributing over two decades of experience. Carey's proficiency spans roadway and bridge surveys, platting and subdivision surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, and quality control.
In conjunction with this seasoned team, Daniel McPeek, P.L.S., serves as Vice President, offering over a decade of invaluable experience. Daniel not only brings a wealth of surveying expertise but also plays a pivotal role in overseeing operations in Stillwater. His leadership ensures seamless management, fostering an environment where Bancroft Design consistently delivers top-notch solutions to clients across Oklahoma.
